Payment Instructions:

Payment instructions are sent to bidders within a few minutes of auction closing. We appreciate full payment be made within 3 working days of the auction close date. Please include the auction number on your payment as reference. If not, our system cannot pick up your order. We have no responsibility for the delay of shipping.

We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided upon request.

Layby Terms:

We require our LayBy agreement to be accepted and returned to us via email before the LayBy begins. Email us to arrange this after the auction ends.

Here are our basic layby terms:

The purchase must be completed within a 6 week time period from the date the auction ends. The first deposit is to be as mentioned in the auction or 20% of the final price (including accessories if purchased) and should be made within 5 working days from the auction end. The remaining balance can be split into payments of your choosing over a period of up to 6 weeks. Each payment will be acknowledged via email.

After the initial deposit, if the layby is unable to be completed or the item is returned for a refund, the deposit and any other payments will be transferred back to you minus a $15 administration fee and 5% Storage fee.

Combine Shipping

We can combine shipping on all auctions as long as deposited by one payment; you paid the highest shipping rate on the first item and 50% of shipping on further auctions.

Courier Deliveries:

We generally dispatch order the same or next working day once payment has been confirmed and not prior. Delays can occur during peak times, dependent on courier schedule. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, please provide your work address, otherwise you will chase up the courier. Track number will be emailed to you after order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is correct before paying, we have no responsibility for lost times that are sent to a wrong address you provide. However, we are happy to help you to chase up parcel. Any fee occurred will be paid by buyer.

Please also Make sure you pay the rural delivery if you in. We will put extra ticket for RD delivery; courier will refuse to delivery to rural area without ticket and return the item back. If that happens, customer may have to pay for the delivery cost again.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
• Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system OR buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding.
• Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
• Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes to eligible for refund.
• Refunds will not be considered if:
• You simply 'change your mind'
• Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be
• Items are sold as is Sale / Clearance Items
• Original postage charges are non-refundable.
• All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.
• All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s) less the 20% restocking fee.

Contact Policy:

Any emails, questions or queries will be responded as soon as possible or on the next working day. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, email response can take up to 48hrs WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS. It is Company Policy to reply to ALL emails, thus if you have not received a response within 72hrs, please check you junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

They are also committed and dedicated to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise and accept that technology is not foolproof, mistakes can and do happen but we want to fix them.. Packaging:

The quoted shipping amount includes Packaging, Handling Fees.

Feedback:

We recommend that Buyer leave their feedback after their items are received. Please contact us FIRST to fix any problems or issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback does not solve any problem. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Warranty Policy:

• If listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day Return to Base warranty. Please check listing carefully for correct warranty period.
• We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of having received their item. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
• Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item.
• The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer.
• We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
• All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer.
• All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
• Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.
• Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer and valid in New Zealand only.
• We adheres all of Trade Me's Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Bonus accessory items(such as accessories comes with package for free)
• Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed
• Damage from neglect or careless storage.
• Unauthorised repairs.
