We pride ourselves on our service and aim for a swift resolution for our customers, in the unlikely event of any problems or warranty issues. All purchases come with a GST receipt. Please ask for more information on the specific warranty of your purchase if you are not already aware of the details. Smart Marine abides by and works to exceed the requirements of the Fair Trading and Consumer Guarantees Acts to ensure you can enjoy a very Smart shopping experience.

Smart Marine has a dedicated online team available Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, otherwise our 4 superstores in Westhaven, Mt Wellington, Manukau and Hamilton are available for you to contact for weekend service outside of the web team's hours. Trademe orders are shipped from our Westhaven store. Parcels are insured and we provide easy online parcel tracking.
