We accept payments through Trademe Pay Now.

Pay Now allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card on Trade Me.

We are not able to accept Sprint Fit store credits, Gift Cards, promo codes and/or Sprint Fit gift vouchers as a method of payment on Trade Me.

A Trade Me Sales Confirmation email will be sent to you once your transaction has been confirmed.

All Trade Me auctions receive fast shipping nationwide for $3.90

NZ Post Courier Express – Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been collected from our warehouse.

Collection 4 times a day, final pick each day at 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Estimated Delivery Times*:

Auckland – Overnight (However many Auckland orders are be delivered the same day depending on what time the order is placed)

North Island - Overnight

South Island – Overnight (For larger parcels allow 2 business days)

Rural - +1 business day from the above times (We suggest to send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address)

*Excludes public holidays and weekends.

Upgraded Options

Signature Required – $2 per shipment. Please ensure you do not have the 'always leave my parcel' authorisation set up at your address with NZ Post should you wish to use this service.

If you don't want NZ Post to leave your parcel unattended, please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended for high value order. Neither NZ Post nor Sprint Fit are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.

Please note: NZ Post does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Returns Policy

Sometimes for various reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.

In the event of this happening, send us a message with a photo and brief description with what the issue maybe. Hold on to the goods until we can identity and rectify any issues as in most circumstances the manufacturer will require the faulty goods returned.

All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you receive the incorrect product, please do not open it. We will need to get it back to exchange it. If you open the product, you will be eligible only for a 50% refund of what you paid.

If you change your mind about a purchase, simply return the goods to us via courier in original unopened condition within 10 days of delivery. As of 4-2-2021, a refund will be processed minus a $9.99 restocking fee (excluding size exchanges of wearable items). If you wish to change flavours, you will need to place a new order.

Products bought in Clearance Section are final sale and not able to be returned.

Returns Process

1 - Using a carton or courier bag, package product and address to:

2 - Include proof of purchase and a detailed description of why you are returning the product.

3 - Once received in our warehouse, we will process the return within 4 business days to ensure a swift refund. Please note a restocking fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your total. Size exchanges of wearable items (e.g. belts, knee sleeves, etc.) are exempt from this.

You must use a courier service or it will not arrive to us. We recommend that you keep a record of your shipment until replacement or credit is received

Terms and Conditions of Return

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

• Sprint Fit Returns Department operates Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process and distribute the goods within 4 working day.
• Return period and order queries are strictly 10 days from the date of invoice.
• Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Sprint Fit in the original unmarked packaging and in the original condition. Once the product seals have been broken we cannot accept a return due to being a food product.
• Please ensure you pack products inside a Courier Track Pack or Carton. Do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition, we may not exchange or refund the goods.
• Sprint Fit promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested, promotional offers will not be extended to your new order.
• Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order if all items are being returned for refund to avoid being charged for these goods.
• A restocking fee of $9.99 is applicable to all change-of-mind returns. This will be deducted from the total refund value. This includes orders that the customer redirects back to us. Size exchanges for wearable items are the only case in which this does not apply.
• Clearance items - all sales are final and not able to be returned.

Privacy Policy Privacy is very important to us; we will never pass your personal information on to any third party. You can buy with confidence from us.
