The book is lovely but it took two weeks to arrive and there was way too much packaging for a small book. It was hard to open as it was sort of vacuum packed with a slightly sticky inside. The delay could have been NZ Post but it is mentioned frequently in the feedback so perhaps systems need a lift. I won't give a neutral rating but it could have gone better.
