Payment: Payment instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders. We require that payment is made in full within 5 working days.

Payment Methods: We aim to be as accommodating as possible to our customers and accept various payment methods:

Bank desposit: Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the trademe auction number. If no auction number is included, this may delay the delivery process.

Credit cards: We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa in store. We can also process Mastercard and Visa card payments over email, phone or fax.

Cheques: We do accept cheques as payment but please allow 3 working days for the cheques to clear before items are sent. Cheques are not acceptable for pick ups.

Finance: Finance is available on purchases over $500. Purchases through finance will be subject to interest which is variable and determined at the time of purchase.

GST: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Deliveries: Deliveries will be despatched by courier either the same day or the next working day after payment is received. Be aware that larger items can take between 2 – 5 days for the courier to deliver and it may take a few days for payment to show in our bank account.

Pick ups: You are most welcome to come to our store to pick up purchases. As we are a busy store, it may be beneficial to notify us in advance. This way we can have your item ready for you.

In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made within 7 days. Tool & industrial supplies will repair, replace or refund your item (at our discretion).

We will not return or refund on products if you have changed your mind.

Please make sure the auction you are bidding on is what you want prior to bidding, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "buyers Expense". All courier and postage charges are non refundable.

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery but please do inform us of the incident immediately.

We may retain your email to follow up on your customer satisfaction or let you know of any special promotions. Purchasing an item from us is deemed acceptance of this.
