1. Your item is available for picking up, by checking the listing to see if pickup is allowed
2. Order is made 1-2 business days prior to a preferred pickup date
3. If you have made payment already

• Make sure your PayNow/Ping Payment is not being held for security purpose
• Make sure your bank transfer fund was made 48 business hours beforehand

General dispatch time frame would be 24-48 working hours and you will be required to leave a best contact number on purchase.

We can never guarantee on actual delivery time frame and ETAs are based on top of dispatch process.

If you need to make any changes, it needs to be made within 30 minutes after payment, as otherwise your order could be dispatched already and would be hard to change details from there.

Please kindly understand that it is now the peak time of the year where freight carriers are all experiencing high volume. This would result in freight delays from time to time.

Delivery to NI main cities would now be from 2-3 working days after order dispatched; SI main cities would be 3-5 working days delivery time after order dispatched!

We use a non-signature required service as our standard service of delivery and oversized/ overweight products would vary on their delivery time frames and they also take up more time on dispatch process.

NOTE: for rural area transport, the item will be delivered to the nearest carrier depot.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept PO BOX, parcelpod, and any other non-physical addresses at the moment; we also DO NOT accept Waiheke Island, and any other Island addresses.

If your order consist both general and overweight item, then it may get dispatched separately with both courier and transport carrier hence may have multiple tracking numbers and delivery time frames.

CHANGE-OF-MIND

• The returning item/s must be in an unused, unopened condition with original packaging and are 100% suitable for resale.
• Refund issued will not include any shipping fees
• Change-of-mind returning condition does not apply to products such as edible products, products that in relation of personal hygiene, fragrances, skin care, cosmetics, personalized products; also does not apply on free shipping promotional products and clearance products.
• A product cannot be returned if it has been engraved, modified, damaged, altered, or re-sized.
• If your order has been prepared and picked for you, cancelling order would induce $10 handling fees

FAULTY / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM

At TreasureBox, our team is trying our best to offer every item sold in its perfect condition however, should you have an issue with a product, we are happy to honour our obligations to you under both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1996.

If item/s received that found to be not working or faulty; you are required to make a contact with us as soon as possible for our After-sales Support Team to advise you what’s next – please note: Calling our reception would not help much in these cases! You are required to contact us via email provide us a description of the issue and photographs of the faulty item/s or part/s involved within the 90 days upon receiving the parcel.

• We will not accept any return without approval from our Customer Support Team.
• Warehouse will reject unauthorised returns on their site
• Please note that we may require you to demonstrate the problem and we do reserve the right to test on the returned product which please kindly allow up to 3-4 working days to process
• Please note that if you have damaged or disposed the original packaging or have not included the accessories that originally came with the product, only a partial refund will be granted
• In the case of approved refund, it will be issued either as PayNow Refund or direct credit bank transfer.

Please note if the inspection result was then found being misrepresented by you or it was due to misunderstanding of user instructions or incorrect handling then the shipping of returning this product back to you will be at your cost. In this case, if the returning shipping fee is not paid within 30 days after our Customer Support Team notified you the declined claim under this policy, then the product will be permanently disposed of.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees. b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
