RARE WITH ERRORS VINTAGE 2001 Ty “America” the Bear made for the American Red Cross Bear. He is in excellent/perfect condition without issues.
The following errors are on the Tush Tag and are separated by commas: 2001 TY INC., Oakbrook, IL. U.S.A. (It should be Oak Brook, IL), SURFACE WASHABLE ALL NEW MATERIAL POLYESTER FIBER & P.E. PELLETS REG.NO PA, (no space between REG. & NO & no full stop after the NO), CE on the tag, faint pink heart watermark stamp, Handmade in China on the fold of the Tush Tag, holograph on Tush Tag. It also reads “1965 (KR)” on the Tush Tag which means that it was part of the Korean Market (which means it was not mass produced). Also the hang tag reads the DOB in the description September 11, 2001.
This Ty Beanie Bear would make an excellent addition to a collector, comes with customised cylindrical glass display case if desired, to keep in pristine condition.
