Kelley's Boarding House is one of six kits in the Kelley's Landing Series

The Boarding House is a late-1800's / early-1900's style building found in a small town center. There are rooms for rent on the second floor and two commercial storefronts for rent on the first floor. To access the upper level rooms, there are two sets of exterior staircases – one to access rooms along the front of the building, and one to access rooms at the rear of the building.
