The Proxxon KGS 80 is a small, precision cut-off and mitre saw designed for model-making and fine-tuning projects involving for clean, safe cutting to length of non-ferrous metals, plastic and wood. It features a rotating table rather than a swiveling saw head, which enables accurate mitre cuts.

Blade and Cutting Capacity: Included blades - Tungsten-tipped saw blade (80mm x 1.6mm x 10mm, 36 teeth) for cutting non-ferrous metals, wood, and plastics plus 3 (75mm x 1.0mm x 10mm) cut off blades for stainless steel and other metals etc. Cutting capacity at 90° (straight cut) Max width - 65 mm (for a material thickness of 10 mm) down to 25 mm (for a material thickness of 25 mm). Cutting capacity at 45° (mitre cut) Max width - 36 mm (for a material thickness of 5 mm) down to 18 mm (for a material thickness of 20 mm). Max round material - Ø 20 mm.

Vice - An integrated clamping vice features fixed jaws, a V-slot for round work pieces, and a front slot for holding thin pieces up to 65mm wide. Fence - Adjustable fence, up to 300mm.
