Solid tree hut/ play house, with in built table inside. Mint green exterior and sky blue interior. 3 windows which have latches inside. Tin roof, no leaks. The floor and all walls are lined with wood. Sliding door is heavy for younger children, would be suitable for children over 5 years.

It was once wired up for a switch light inside the hut (no electrical certificate). This is no longer operational but could be reinstalled or wired up. Could do with a clean.

Buyer must pick up in Wainoni, Christchurch. This is a 4 person job, please bring along a few extra set of hands to lift it over the smaller brick fence (the tall black wooden fence will be taken down for the removal).
