Great Planes Electri Cub 1.5m wingspan with flight controller

This Electri-Cub is basically a 1.5m J3 Piper Cub complete with 3 servos, electric motor, folding prop and ESC. Fuselage is heat shrunk fabric covered but the wings are standard shrink covering . The original Great Plains plans come with it. Structurally sound, ailerons were an after thought hence fabric change.

The TURNIGY auto pilot system with GPS has been used as a flight stabiliser but the GPS was never used. It can be programmed for a "return to base" function. The instructions are with it but the Web has much better information.
