Fitted is,
Upgraded gear driven high pressure oil pump,
Polished and crack tested crank shaft,
New mains and big end bearings,
New mains bolts,
New rod bolts ,
New piston Rings
Honed Bores
New Rings, gapped to spec ,
Skimmed Block Surface for a perfect head gasket seal,
Overhauled Cylinderhead, seats and Valves all re ground and cut 3 angles to aid air flow,
Valve and Seats lapped for a perfect 100% seal as required on a diesel engine ,
Fitted with Victor Reinz Head Bolts, i think there stronger than OEM,
New timing chain, sprockets guides and tensioner where required,
Bargain of an engine for this type of engine.
Please note on this engine there is no need to prime oil pump, or when doing an oil change worry about draining to much oil out before the oil pump fails to re prime its self after a service, That will not happen on this engine due to the upgraded oil pump,
New Gaskets supplied for install of new engine , along with New oil filter installed and new Fuel filter supplied.
