Land Rover Series II/IIa Bonnet

This is a good condition bonnet from a Series II/IIA Land Rover. This is the standard bonnet, not the deluxe version (with the recessed spare wheel mount).

There is no rust in the frame - some slight cosmetic rust only. The aluminium is not dented or corroded and is in generally good condition.

It is missing the hinges and bonnet stay. Also missing the 'pie dish' and spare wheel buffers. It does not have the bonnet catch.

Has sound deadening installed, but, to be honest, it doesn't make anything quieter...!

The only issue with this bonnet is the welded on nut that holds the bonnet stay has come off. It would not be a big deal to weld another one on - but I no longer have the original nut, so you would need to source another one.

This bonnet frame has the cut out so that it will fit with a series III brake booster, so it will likely fit a Series III (it came off a late Series IIa with a brake booster fitted).
