Personalised plate for Auckland AK NO1

For consideration is plate AK NO1 I purchased this plate in 1995 and it has been on hold until ready to be manufactured. I am selling up a few of my collectable items to help fund my son's uni fees. Being a new plate, the transfer is done through a 'Transfer of Entitlement of a Personalised Plate' form - (similar to any other car rego plate) just needing the buyers details. Entitlement to personalised plates means the person who is lawfully entitled to receive the plate. It is not legal ownership - as the same with other registration plates.
