Generally excellent service but found that the remote key would not work and the boot opened when doors were opened by key manually. Although we notified garage on Monday about this fault and they have responded there has been no action to make good the problem yet.

very good.. only thing to improve on is to get rid of all the Japanese configured electronics.. TLC card, SD card so it doesn't keep barking Japanese at us.

Thanks for the 5 star review! Regarding the Japanese electronics and navigation prompts – these systems are usually hardwired into all vehicles directly from Japan and unfortunately sometimes can’t be removed or converted to full English. Please let us know if there's anything we can help with, there is a possibility we may be able to turn off the volume for these, depending on the make/model of the vehicle you purchased :)
