The dealership was closed for a short staff break when we arrived (did not have an appointment so just turned up) but Josh assited us, was very helpful and professional during the test drive/initial viewing and this continued during the negotiation and purchase which was complicated by me living out of Auckland so was done via phone and email. Even assited me by delivering the car to Hyperdrive to get tints done, liasing with my son to pick up the car and addressed the issues with the car identified by the AA report, to my satisfaction. Great car, great service, good price, pleasure to do business with.

Average service in regards to shipping the ute. Have not been provided any shipping information, and has still not arrived 2 weeks after the date I was told it would. No replys and not answering the phone when I call, very disappointing.

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to complete this review. You purchased the Ford Ranger the week before Christmas and confirmed details so we could book the transporter only a few days before Christmas. Rocky explained to you we need you to complete the insurance details so we can book the transport or it will be delayed over Christmas. As it has been Christmas and we were closed on the holidays, there would be no answer on the phone. You spoke with Josh last week and were provided the transport companies website to track it's progress. We hope you enjoy the vehicle.
