I was offered different trade in price by penrose however when i went to see the car at takanini that guy in penrose said he never gave that price was a real shock for me but the manager and sales agent as takanini were great specially sonny and ezren very helpful and great customer service so it made me to still go ahead with the deal

Vicky and Team at Takanini were Fantastic Overall... We were offered Hot Beverages and/or Cold Water... The Sales Guy, My apologies I lost Your Card with Your name on it wasn't Pushy... He allowed Us to look around til we had a question, just a Stress Free Experience... Would and have already... Recommended them to Friends/Family/Work Collegues...

The staff informed me that the 2 year warrranty is included on the agreed price they gave us. But when I check on our finance documents it was not included but we have to pay extra 2k+ for that. We did not recognize it when we signed the contract because we trusted your staff and we liked the car. Our fault to in our side because we missed to check it properly before signing. I reconfirmed to the sale staff before we agreed on the price. He said its all included but actually we paid extra for it. Plus the left side mirror is broken they informed us it will be fixed when we gonna get the car but they have not replaced it. The rear light got chip too I informed the staff and they said they gonna replace it too but until now there’s no replacement for the parts. We live in Hamilton and we have to travel to Auckland to get it done. Don’t know until when we are going to wait. i’m thinking to return the car if possible.
