finance person was great. However the salesmen was a bit slow to get our vehicle ready and didn’t speak to him much. Mainly kept in contact with Miran (i think thats her name). Also when we got the car we noticed a few scratches and marks on the exterior and interior, there was even a few food or drink spills on the inside of the boot that were missed in the pre cleaning process. When picking up the car I asked ‘why is it so cheap, is there any reason’ to which the salesman responded with ‘no its just due to the recession’. However when we arrived back home (Hamilton) we noticed that the volume was already playing up a few times while using Apple car play and the right front light inside the car doesn’t work at all. So all in all, it was average but will probably not purchase from Industry motors again. Appreciate the service though.

The service I received was top tier. I am generally a busy man during workdays so I’m most likely unable to get things sorted asap in terms of paperwork or being on call but they were very patient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Rebecca ??
