My name is Krutik and I purchased car just before Christmas break on 19/12/2024. When I went to take delivery of my purchased car I noticed it has grinding noice on the wheels, it has been 3 times to there garage since I went to take delivery of car, but hasn’t been fixed yet. During 1st time they just did a quick inspection job and when I received it on 20/12/2024, it still had noice. When I called to Richard to ask if someone has checked it before confirming if it is alright, he said mechanic did the fixing, I haven’t done it, so I wouldn’t know if it still has issue. 2nd time they skimmed front wheel discs and now on 07/01/2025 3rd time they trimmed rear wheels. According to Matt, he has spent enough money to make it right and he won’t do anything more than that to fix it. It doesn’t seem a problem to them while driving and told me it is safe even though you can hear constant grinding noice which is not right. I have purchased $32,000 car of 2022 model which should be in excellent condition but has constant grinding noise from brake and they are saying it is not an issue. I have been asked to do a 3rd party check and they will only pay, if they find some issue. Why should I be fixing car when Pearce Brothers haven’t given me car in right state. I am just sick of this type of service and my excitement of buying a new car is totally ruined. I wish I could return the car to you guys, you are taking my kindness and humbleness for granted. I am very close to put a consumer complaint. If I have found out about this noise earlier before purchase and this is how you guys take care of customers, I swear I wouldn’t have brought this car.
