PLEASE NOTE THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS OLYA ISHINA. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO ADAM IS. I NEVER SPOKE TO HIM AT ALL. I PAID $XXXXX.XX IN CASH FOR THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT. I ALSO LIVE IN A RURAL AREA SO HAVING A VEHICLE IS IMPORTANT DUE TO MY HEALTH. I HAVE A HEART MURMUR AND IM CHRONIC ASTHMATIC. I ALSO HAVE OTHER MEDICAL ISSUES THAT I WONT DISCLOSE BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO BE MADE FUN. This business is one of the most unscrupulous, underhanded lying dodgy people, I have ever come across. I bought a car off them in 7 May 2024 which broke down in 8 August 2024. The dealings I had with Olya since late August has been nothing but stressful and unpleasant. She changed the story quicker than you can say boo and tried her best to act illegally when all I wanted was my money back to buy another vehicle. When a car breaks down within a short time frame the buyer (me) has 3 things to reach a resolution. 1. Repair. 2. Replace. 3. Refund. It’s simple. They told my mechanic they couldn’t repair so they offered to replace the vehicle but it had to be off their lot. They didn’t have a vehicle that was of the same make and model as mine so I wasn’t interested but they were going to provide me with another vehicle which I disagreed with. I went online to look for a vehicle and I found one in Whanganui. When I told them this, they said ‘I could only get a replacement vehicle off their lot. About a month later they offer me a replacement vehicle from New Plymouth. It wasn’t on their lot, it was in New Plymouth. Olya told me ‘they found a car, where can they drop it off’. The only info she sent was one photo. No other information so I asked her for some and I tell you trying to get the information from her was like getting blood from a stone. After some texts back and forward between Olya and I, I declined the car. In that same week i found a vehicle in Auckland that I liked. She then said it’s not our car and I’m thinking neither was the one your offered me. Anyway I negotiated with them for the following things. 1. New warrant. 2. New 12 month registration. 3. Full tank of gas. 4. Free delivery to where I could pick it up from. They did 3 and 4 but reneged on 1 and 2. I got in touch with MTA and they dealt with Pearce Brothers. I got a phone call from the people who owned the car and he had paid for the warrant and would also be paying for the registration so Pearce Brothers did not take any responsibility and shifted it to Auto Trader Papatoetoe who had no idea of the dealings I was having with Pearce Brothers. Also, according to MTA, Olya had informed them, I never bought a car off Pearce Brothers yet it’s sitting in my driveway and they sent me this survey to complete. I’m a good person. The way they treated me was so unfair and I never want anyone else to experience what I did. Please avoid dealing with these people. They are nothing but robbers who take peoples money and make up stories as they go along. I have all the texts which I have screenshot. Absolute crooks

Richard is amazing, his customer service is just top tier from the time you enter to the car yard to the time you leave you just feel so comfortable, have had Richard sell me 2 cars in the space of 6 years and he's been awesome both times.
