Everything was great but the finance team let you down - my sales rep was easy to chat to. - the trade-in guy (manger?) unsure why i had to deal with him but ok he was all good. the finance team told me don't worry about it we have it covered. I call a day before hand over and nothing had been done but everything was fine. We get to site and the rate i had pre-approved was wrong with heartland which got changed, no issues. Then i get a phone call stating that i owe S.A.M money and its my issue and resign this agreement. I had to get my accountant to check over what's gone wrong etc. he directed me to let S.A.M to call heartland and get them to write a letter to say what's gone wrong rather than committing to an extra loan which could have potentially been fraud he said, in the end it was finalized but still done wrong, email should have come from heartland not S.A.M. completed forms and everyone was paid. Just didn't need to be this hard. The guy who sorted the canopy on the back - give him a pat on the back for the turnaround time (also thank Jovi who got him to get it done). He fitted the canopy and swapped my tow ball (from my old truck to my new truck) within a day. You can just tell he is a massive asset to your team and all round keen bloke to do complete his task with a smile. Defiantly keen to chat regarding servicing due to him. Thank you.
