Thanks for the feedback Marielle. Our staff are trained to qualify customers to make sure that we are putting them into the right car that will suit their needs. If a customer says, we will not buy a certain colour and that is a non negotiable for them, a test drive puts the car at unnecessary insurance risk and costs fuel for our vendors. It can sometimes be hard to find the balance between looking out for our vendors and giving customers great service. We are happy to hear that it all worked out well however and that your end experience was a good one. We hope that you are loving the car
