Professional, quick and easy

The salespeople were great. The person doing the paperwork was not at all interested once we had paid. He just said thanks and left me. A salesperson saw me sitting for a long time and not leaving and asked if I had been taken through how to use the key etc. There also did not seem to be much communication between staff.

The staff were nice! I did not feel judged as I did with other dealerships. The only thing is that after driving 700kms, the car already ran into problems which is not a good feeling after getting a car. Thankfully the mechanical warranty covered it. I just hope other customers don’t go through the same thing. I do think that a part of it is my fault since I did not ask enough questions about the car. Overall, good experience with them.
