Construction of the 43 individually titled and industrially zoned units is nearing completion. The facility comprises 37 units for private or business storage use, as well as six industrial sheds for workshop purposes.
Manuka Storage will be a fully fenced facility with exterior security cameras. Access to the storage area (units 7-43) will be via an electric gate controlled by a mobile app, PIN access, and a number plate recognition system, allowing the gate to open automatically upon arrival. Each shed will have an electric roller door with a remote and PIN pad.
The developer has experience in building sheds, having constructed most storage sheds in Taupo over the past few years. Additionally, they completed their own storage development in 2022 (Titan Storage) and are replicating their affordable model at Manuka Storage.
