Sunny north facing house in Mapua for fixed 3 month contract (beginning of May until end of Jul). Fully furnished. Two bedrooms and a study, one bathroom and another separate toilet. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Big sheltered deck with amazing inlet views.

This house will appeal to very specific tenants. It is not modern and flashy, rather it is old fashioned with lots of charm. The bathroom and kitchen have not been modernised. There is no stove in the house, rather we use two small ovens and a benchtop cooker and a microwave.

If you like a house with lots of character and a very good vibe, this could be for you. We first want an online video call before viewing. This house is very precious to us and we need to ensure we get someone who will take good care of it.

In addition to the weekly rent, metered electricity needs to be paid (monthly), and you need to supply your own firewood for the woodburning stove for heating the house in the colder months. We need contactable references and four weeks rent as deposit.
