This beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom fully self contained cabin in the Kuaotunu campground is a minute walk to the beach. You will own this building and a 90th share of the Kuaotunu campground.

The warm and insulated cabin has a near new bathroom, including toilet - fully plumbed in. 2 bedrooms, one has a built in queen bed with under bed storage and the other has bunk beds. The kitchen has a stovetop, but we mostly cooked on the bbq outside. There is a 40inch flat screen tv and DVD player. The cabin has a deck with outdoor speakers and roll down sides. Shed for plenty of storage. There is a car park on the section, but plenty of parking available for other cars/boats.

The camp is accessed via keycards and barrier arms and has a fully functioned boat wash, boat parking, playground and a shop with supplies, takeaways, ice creams and coffee. Camp managers Dave and Carol do a great job at keeping the campground well maintained.

If you choose to rent the cabin out then this can bring in an extra income. The camp managers will help manage this for you and organise a cleaner, so very easy to do.

We are only selling as we have bought another place in the camp with an extra bedroom. We have owned this site for almost 9 years and are down every few weeks and most of summer. The best thing we did for our family!

There are cabins and sections that friends and family can hire which we utilised often.

There are no charges for using the cabin or for friends and family (like many other campgrounds) but please note you can not live here. Fees are $4000 per year and you have your own meter so only pay for power used.
