How many of these are there? Noticed a re-listing after successfully sold buysellswapx (3 • 12:07 am, Mon, 30 Jun )Hi, this is not a limited edition. It is a personally signed print. We sell around 500 of them a year and 2,000 unsigned ones. finerthgsdealer (792 • Monday, 30 June 2025 )I think if you added one line stating that; you’d notice they would not be selling for $300 .. big misrepresentation, I know you have not stated limited edition, but it’s ‘likely to mislead & deceive’ I would state that in the ad before someone does get misled (potentially me) and the question doesn’t have to be asked; thanks! buysellswapx (3 • 1:34 am, Mon, 30 Jun )WHy is that a misrepresentation? I am teh sole distributor of Dick Frizzell's reproduction works in New Zealand. If you wanted to buy one from our website Fishmob, where we are selling 95% of that volume, you would pay $423. People who pay $300 + shipping here still save around $100. This is not a misrepresentation at all. If you want one, you either pay the market value, which the artist sets, or you bid up to what you are comfortable with here, and get it around $100 cheaper. finerthgsdealer (792 • Monday, 30 June 2025 )The fact that we are selling that many proves that $119 for the signed print only is a fair market value based on the demand. Dick and I also own two framing business. This print gets framed there by one of our eight framers. The frames are 100% timber, not MDF like many other cheap and nasty frames. And on another note: Check out he big art auction houses in Auckland; When this same print comes up, it sells for $500++. With anything, before you make a purchase anywhere, do your research. Seller comment Monday, 30 June 2025 Everything is publicly available. When you purchase this print through our site, you will find that buying it here for $300 plus shipping saves you $100. I hope this shows that it is not misleading...And I hope you will still buy your butter from the supermarket, even though Fonterra sells hundreds of tons of it every year and does not disclose this on the packaging. Seller comment Monday, 30 June 2025 Ohh, sorry, forgot. When you browse through my 1000+ positive reviews here, you will find that this print has sold at least 40 times to very happy customers. Seller comment Monday, 30 June 2025 And while I am in the mood.... With your comment, you are implying that people who purchase it here are uninformed because they pay $300 plus shipping on Trademe. I think they are very smart and have done their research because a: They want one because they know it is the best selling print in New Zealand art history, and B: They came to our official website (and other websites that we are selling to) and figured out that with their maximum bid of $300 they still save $100. Clever, I'd say! Seller comment Monday, 30 June 2025
