Description

Voices from the Summit The Worlds Great Mountaineers on the Future of Climbing

Edited by John Amatt and Bernadette McDonald.

This book was first published in late 2000 and was a collaboration between National Geographic and The Banff Mountain Film Festival. It contains stories from 32 of the greatest climbers from the 20th century. I got this in 2005 and after reading it have stored it carefully in a cupboard inside.

It’s a beautiful book with just the right mix between images and text. I’ve read most of the stories but did so very carefully so it is in excellent condition for a 20 year old book.

It can be picked up from Woodend, or Hillsborough by arrangement. Alternatively I can courier it at your expense. Thanks.
