I have three different editions of the ‘Davis Dainty Dishes’ cookbook.
This auction is for the second of the three, from 1935. The cookbooks were produced by Davis Gelatine to promote use of their product. As you can see from the number of editions & reprints, this was a very popular book. The same product is still on our shelves, today.
