We purchased this for our garage but we ended up getting custom single ones made.

This is a charcoal colour and it has never been used. It has been stored undercover and is no longer needed by us

The sticker on it says the door itself is 4995 Wide and 2200 High

There is a singe phase motor attached to it and we have a remote (untested)

The motor looks to be heavy duty so it could also be applicable to a commercial use

Will be sold as is and inspection is welcome. We may be able to help with delivery

Not bad buying at this price , our two singles just cost 7k
