Masport log burner. Removed from our house 2½ years ago when we did a kitchen and lounge renovation. Been in our woodshed since. Has a metal hearth and alot of flue pieces as it was in a 2 storey house, however it doesn't include the very top piece as that's still in our roof, I've put up a photo so you can see the piece I mean.
