Designed for ferrous metals such as mild steel cast iron etc…
Its main use is for cleaning and preparing surfaces ready for painting, powder coating, galvanizing etc… As this media is quite coarse it creates a rough surface great for paints and glues to adhere to.
This medium grade garnet is good for removing bulk material such as thick paint.
It is ideal for areas exposed to hash conditions such as farm machinery. It is recommended that garnet be recycled up to 3-5 times.
