0.8mm is an excellent size for Farmers, Engineers & Contractors as the 0.8mm diameter will weld from 0.8mm - 6.0mm thick steel The ideal size for general purpose applications. We recommend this wire is used on a machine with a minimum of 100 amps for best results.
