New Zealand has many plug types and this makes it difficult to operate portable equipment at different sites. Changing and rewiring of plugs is costly, unproductive and adds unnecessary risk. An adapter is a cost-effective, safe solution that ensures electrical compliance with no down time on the job.

This listing is for power adapters with 32 Amp male plugs (4 & 5 pin) both the PDL style (clear plastic and orange) and the European Ceeform type.

These 32 amp male plug adaptors convert to the same or less current rated cable sockets of 10, 15, 16, 20, 32 amps in the different socket styles.

All adapters are fitted with heavy-duty 4.0mm² E-Rubber cable - 1m long. Each lead is supplied with a current Test-Tag.

PDL 5 pin sockets allow 4 or 5 pin plugs to fit. 10, 15, 16, 20 amp PDL plugs will all fit into a 20 Amp PDL socket, therefore we only supply 20 amp PDL cable sockets on adapters.

5 pin male (3 phase +N) adapters can be supplied with single phase cable sockets in 10, 15, 16, 20, 32 amp ratings. (flat or round pins)

Adapters to allow refrigerated (reefer) containers with special international 32A Ceeform sockets to be powered can be supplied with either PDL style or Ceeform plugs at any required length
