We’ve been notified by Aramex that an error was made when calculating their latest rate change which we let you know about on Monday 24 July.

As a result, incorrect rates were communicated and updated on ‘Book a courier’. We have now received the corrected rates which apply from 1 August. These are as follows;

Very small / DLE bags will start at $4.48
Small bags will start at $5.25
Medium bags will start at $7.65
Large bags will start at $12.20

The new pricing for boxes, communicated earlier, is still correct.

Our ‘Book a courier’ quote system for these shipping rates has been updated today to reflect the correct prices.

Please check and revise any Aramex shipping quotes created since Monday 24 July, and update these if they have changed.

If items have been purchased, please check the current Aramex rate and get in touch with your buyer to let them know the correct shipping payment.
