Fuel tax & RUC delay comes with $1.4b cost but no new debt, says Finance Minister

Finance Minister Nicola Willis says delaying fuel excise and RUC increases until 2028 will cost around $1.4 billion that could otherwise have been used to reduce debt or fund other Government spending.
