How do I book a Platinum Package? 

Platinum Packages can be booked either through your CRM provider or by emailing a request to propertyagents@trademe.co.nz. 

What listings can I apply a Platinum Package to? 

A Platinum Package can be applied to any listing in the residential for sale and new homes category. If you are on a Partnership Agreement that is not for Platinum, you will be able to request a Platinum Package by emailing propertyagents@trademe.co.nz. 

Is there a renewal rate? 

Yes, if the property has not sold within six months and the Platinum package expires, you will be able to renew the package at half the cost. 

What happens to the Platinum Package if I withdraw or relist a listing? 

If you withdraw the listing you will also withdraw the package which, please bear in mind, will not be refunded. Also, packages do renew automatically on a relist and are charged as a package renewal, if relisted while the original package would still be running.
