A high-specification, waterproof, hand built rubber safety boot designed for use in and around electrical installations.

It features specially formulated insulating layers that provide electrical protection throughout the boot. The boot is yellow for easy visual identification and has a design that offers a generous fit while securing the ankle to prevent heel slippage. Key features and details of the Skellerup Quatro Dielectric Gumboot include: Material and Construction: Hand-built with a durable, UV-resistant rubber shell. Features a quick-drying polyester lining. May include a penetration-resistant midsole. Safety Features: EN certified steel toe cap for impact protection. Dielectric properties, tested to 20kV for 3 minutes and withstands up to 30kV. Some models are rated to withstand up to 40,000 volts. PPE tested for Arc Flash at 40 cal/cm2 using ASTM F2621 (IEC 61482-1-1 Method B). Sole and Grip: 360 SureGrip nitrile rubber outsole, resistant to oil, acid, and heat. Designed for excellent traction, even on wet or oily surfaces. Comfort and Fit: Built on the Quatro last for a comfortable and secure fit. Some models offer a wider fit with an adjustable side gusset. May include a comfort system insole. Additional Features: Each boot has a unique, traceable serial number for PPE management. Some versions, like the Quatro Dielectric Thermal, include a full thermal sock liner for warmth in temperatures as low as -15°F to 85°F. Certifications and Standards: Complies with safety standards such as EN ISO 20345:2011, EN 50321-1:2018, and ASTM F2413 (M/I/75/C).
