Is this unit good for navigation. This is all i want it for. Otherwise, can you recommend a better unit ?. Please advise. c******9 (55 • 9:18 am, Fri, 13 Jun )This utilises and mirrors whichever Map app you have on your phone using CarPlay or Android Auto, it does not have its own standalone maps or units. All of these work in the same fashion. onecliq (8188 • Friday, 13 June 2025 )I am one of those people who does not have a mobile phone. Can i update the maps through a computer on the internet ?. If not can you recommend a stand alone unit that i can use ?. Thank you for your replies. c******9 (55 • 9:43 am, Fri, 13 Jun )Unfortunately this will not be suitable for you. We do not sell any standalone GPS units currently, the problem is if you are not very tech savvy those older units become a pain as maps become quickly out-dated. These on the other hand connect to a phone and use free maps that are constantly updated. Good luck with finding something suitable. onecliq (8188 • Friday, 13 June 2025 )
