


Description
A very early pair of consecutive serial number (13 & 14) monitors from the Arcam stable, they are a compact bass reflex speaker system.
Introduced around 1984, these were so good they were used in the sound management department of Philips' British CD factory and in the BBC.
To ensure accurate stereo positioning, both the woofer and tweeter are tuned to match at 0.5 dB.
A 18 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range. A Kobeck cone is used for the diaphragm.
A 2cm soft dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The enclosure uses a bass reflex system. medite is used for the front baffle and external appearance is done with a walnut finish.
