Description
These beautiful vintage Avalon Arc II "Improved" speakers have lovely real-wood veneer, and some respectable componentry to boot. For woofers it uses a pair of Luxman C2038KE and for tweeters it uses the excellent Philips 01600 T8
These are "Transmission Line" enclosures with a passive radiator and a very sophisticated crossover. And they sound fabulous.
Veneer is in pretty good condition, although is a bit loose at the top back of one speaker. Hard to see when they are in the lounge, pumping out incredible sound for their vintage :-)
