These are 'top of the line' hearing aids with many features that we didn't even use. Apparently this model an be connected to a mobile phone and the Amplifon phone app. They can also be streamed from a audio device, (although we never went down that track). It would be up to the buyer to confirm if/how these features may work.

As I understand it, the buyer will need to get them 'tuned in' to suit the new user (by a qualified audiology professional), and obviously there will be a cost for this.
