1. If you arrange courier I'm happy for them to pick it up. I won't be packaging it. 2. As far as I can tell the wireless is all there. It lights up when turned on. I only get static but I don't have an aerial set up. The case would need a new varnish if you want it to look new but it has no damage. 3. I would prefer bank deposit payment.
