Wonderful vacuum, great for all types of floors and piles of carpet, really gets the dust and pet hair out. Motor runs well. Does need a replacement head that you can buy online for this model from Bissell here: https://www.bissell.co.nz/products/brush-roll-for-powerforce-2111f-upright-vacuum-2038072 ($28.43 plus postage). Has all filters, belt and attachments.
