Tea tree is a New Zealand native hardwood, commonly known as manuka or kanuka (we sell a comination of both).Famous for the flavor it puts into food when burnt – it is preferred in pizza ovens, BBQ’s and hangis. It also burns considerably longer than any other hardwoods, the coals are known to stay hot for hours.

Kiln dried wood is our superior product as it has been through a kiln, similar to a oven on fan bake, it dries the wood down to 20% moisture or lower. Sold by the cubic meter.
