Vintage Salt & Pepper Shaker's - Small Fruit. **Made in Italy**

These cute wee Salt and Pepper shakers are made in an Italy, they are from my late grandmothers very large vintage collection and are pretty much one of a kind! They are in excellent condition. Many of the pieces in her collection would be well over 70 years old, some are newer but nothing really added since around 1980's/90's, not sure what the 21 on the bottom of these represents, couldn't be 2021 (as my Gran passed in 1996) so either 1921? or a serial number of sorts?
