Armoulding's acoustic noise wall panels are ideal for large and small jobs. From traffic corridor noise mitigation to reducing the the noise from a compressor or pump. For small jobs we have a mould ready to go or if you have something larger you may wish to customise the design.

The panels are rotationally moulded using recycled plastic. The 2.3m panel is lightweight at only 25kg which makes installation easy. We can also make a 4m panel. The panels have a clever integrated seal to achieve superior acoustic properties. Designed to slide onto steel i-beams, although we have had customers bolt onto timber posts. This system was developed in conjunction with the University of Canterbury acoustic and engineering departments and has had in situ testing completed and shows to preform to a level of STC 34, Rw 34 this classified as category D3 in accordance with BSEN1793-6

Has a firing rating exceeding - UL94B UV rating - of UV-36 and a working life exceeding 50 years Is graffiti resistant - requires no additional treatments
