Storage Unit Contents

No inspection is available We are selling the contents of this unit due to the owner defaulting on their storage fees. As such, we are unable to offer “Buy Now” so please do not ask. It is required by law that we let this run to completition. We offer no warranties, guarantees and accept no liability as to the condition of the goods in the storage unit. We are selling the goods on an As Is Where is basis. If you are the winner of this auction, you must pick up the items from Rotorua, within 7 days of the completion of the auction, between 9.00am – 4.30pm weekdays only. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Eftpos

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY: Payment in full is required and cleared into our account before access to the unit is granted. PICK UP ONLY. Please be aware that the auction is for the entire contents of the storage unit, so all items must be removed. You are required to notify the Manager once the unit has been emptied to have the unit checked prior to leaving. Any items of a personal nature eg: photos, personal documentation, passport, identification etc, must be returned to our office, to be held for the defaulted storer. You are required to obey all occupational safety regulations, while within our premises.

Goods stored may include: Household Items, clothing, Kitchen items, glassware, puzzles, fax machine, Linen, garden rake, broom etc etc.
