Payment in full is required before access to the unit is given. Pickup between 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday only. No holiday or weekend access. Full collection of all items must be completed within 3 working days from close of auction and all items are to be removed in one working day unless otherwise agreed in advance. You are required to sign an access form and provide Photo ID. A credit or debit card is required to be held should you fail to empty or clean the unit. You are to leave the unit clean and tidy. Failure to do so will incur further charges as applicable. You are required to notify the facility staff once you are complete to have the unit checked. Any items that may have been of personal nature (ie photos or documents) can be returned to our office to be held for the defaulted storer. Pick up Manukau
