The unit is sold as-is with the items visible at the time of inspection. All items are assumed to be used. Descriptions and photos are provided for guidance only, and we accept no responsibility for the condition of the items.

Although we have made every effort to remove personal documents, photographs, and papers, any such items found must be handed over to the staff and left at the storage facility.

Auction Terms:

• All sales are final.
• No Buy Now option is available; the auction must run to its completion.
• Collection of items is the buyer's responsibility.
• Delivery options are not available.
• Pick up is from National Mini Storage 14 Penrose Road Penrose, Auckland.
• Staff on-site are for security purposes only and cannot assist with handling items.
• Ensure you have sufficient help and suitable transport for removing items.
• All contents must be removed from the unit.
• Upon auction closure, we will contact you to arrange a collection date and time.
• Collection is available during office hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, and Saturday, 8am – 4pm. No collection is available on Sundays or Public Holidays.
• Items must be collected within 7 days of the auction closing.
• Buyers need to complete release paperwork before collecting items.
