We have had one of our customers unable to make their payments, so we are selling the entire contents of the unit. This includes but is not limited to the following items:

We are selling this unit due to the owner defaulting on their storage fees. As such we are unable to offer Buy Now so, please do not ask. It is required by law that we let this run to completion.

We offer no warranties, guarantees, and accept no liability to condition of goods in the unit. We are selling this on an As Is Where Is basis. While we take every effort to accurately reflect the items in the unit, we are not liable for any variations either express or implied from the items listed or photographed.

Please note that by bidding on this auction you agree to the following terms.

Payment in full is required before access to the unit is given. Pickup between 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday only. No holiday or weekend access. Full collection of all items must be completed within 3 working days from close of auction and all items are to be removed in one working day unless otherwise agreed in advance. You are required to sign an access form and provide Photo ID. A credit or debit card is required to be held should you fail to empty or clean the unit. You are to leave the unit clean and tidy. Failure to do so will incur further charges as applicable. You are required to notify the facility staff once you are complete to have the unit checked. Any items that may have been of personal nature (ie photos or documents) can be returned to our office to be held for the defaulted storer.
